Come enjoy a cup of delicious cacao, then ground, relax, and energize through the combination of yin yoga, chakra healing with crystals, and sound vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and percussions.

Crystals are provided and available for purchase. Bring your yoga mats, eye pillows, comfy blanket, props, and favorite crystals. Dress warmly. Yoga bolsters, blocks, mats also available at Lumeria Maui Wellness Retreat.
