Yoga Supernova

Exude health, energy, positivity, and vitality (aka "shine") by relaxing and exercising at the same time with Sara Kay, Yoga Supernova Founder & Head Instructor. Sara is a certified and registered yoga teacher who also graduated summa cum laude from Northwestern University with degrees in both Psychology and Asian Studies.

Sara teaches private lessons island-wide and leads an amazing oceanfront group class on plush grass overlooking Kamaole Beach II at the beautiful Hale Pau Hana Resort in South Kihei. The location is both private as well as right up-close to the ocean. Mats are provided to use for free. In addition to experiencing the countless revitalizing effects of elite yoga instruction, enjoy other special treats during class and maybe even a dolphin or whale sighting.

Drop-ins welcome. All levels and ages.

Sara has taught a community class for Lululemon at Paia Yoga. She also teaches at the Fairmont Kea Lani in Wailea, and has taught at many other studios here on-island and on the mainland.
